Shipping Carriers
We ship through reliable carriers such as United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and FedEx.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
Verify that the shipping address provided is correct
Check around your property and common delivery areas
Ask neighbors or household members
Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us with your order number. We will either resend your items or issue a refund based on your preference.
Address Changes
We are unable to modify the delivery address once the order is in transit. If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us at sales@insprotectllc.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day.
